you could also add in a threat in there like we (solene & I) did.... technology won't replace you but teachers who know technology will.
You can also add "always carry AA batteries with you just in case" :-)
Privacy is an important issue. Would you give a new hire a technology test?
I think a backup plan is important :)
Why is the black screen button called mute on the remotes???
We may not give a technology test but we will give the candidate some scenarios and see what he/she will do under certain circumstances. And we will also see his/her demonstration of how to use tech to teach effectively in and outside class.
I like No. 8. You are still the teacher. For now, AI cannot replace us.
